The free shipping option ships orders with Canada Post Expedited service. International orders will be delivered by a local postal service.

All orders are shipped next business day. If there is a delay, we will contact you immediately.

You are responsible for any customs or import fees if applied to your order by local government or postal services.

Any lost parcels will be re-shipped or credited, as per your request. We will confirm details of missing shipment with carrier before re-shipping.

We inspect all goods prior to shipping to ensure there is no damage. If damage is sustained during shipping we will replace or credit after case review.
